Paul is an Endorsed Mine Surveyor with three decades of experience across underground and surface mining projects. He began his surveying career in the Australian Armed Forces, where he developed a strong foundation in precision measurement, discipline, and operational reliability.

In his advisory role, Paul provides independent technical guidance, peer review, and strategic insight to support project planning and decision-making.
